A full website overhaul for a K–12 math program, from site map to launch

Repositioned a math intervention tool as a full K–12 MTSS program; new site launched in 2026
Site map for a K–12 math program’s website redesign

Why it mattered

The client’s website was outdated, inherited from the product’s original owner, and it presented the product as just an intervention tool. It had grown into a full K-12 MTSS math program, and the site needed to say so. Without that, the sales team had no clear way to show districts what they were actually buying.

How I tackled it

I started with discovery meetings with the client’s team, then regrouped with my agency team to brainstorm. From there, I designed and built a detailed site map and full wireframe for the entire site, covering the structure, navigation and a page-by-page plan of layouts and content sections. Once the client approved it, I wrote new copy for every page, including hero messaging, value propositions, evidence, testimonials, key facts and calls to action, and refined it with my team for final client approval. After design and development, I helped build out the resources section, writing title tags and meta descriptions and shaping the layout.

How it turned out

The new site launched in 2026. The client now has a modern marketing website that explains the full program clearly, and that its sales team can use to win new districts across the country and around the world.
