Our team needed AI that sped up the work without flattening the human creativity clients pay us for. Generic AI output doesn’t know a client’s voice, history or preferences, so it creates more editing instead of saving time.
How I tackled it
I built 20 shared Claude skills the team uses on client work, plus proofreading skills that check drafts against what clients and our agency leadership expect. For every client, I used Claude to compile a single source-of-truth document that captures every element of the account, and I keep each one updated as things change.
How it turned out
The skills and source-of-truth documents are part of the team’s everyday client work, and I keep refining them as we go. Drafts start closer to what clients and leadership want.
